This Beef and Potato Stew can be more like a traditional Stew by adding Carrots and Peas if you so desire.<br>Another name for this dish is Guisado de Carne or Guisado (Spanish)<br><br>Ingredients<br><br>3 cups Beef Broth<br>2.5 lbs Chuck Roast<br>1/2 cup Onion<br>1-3 Bay leafs<br>3 Large Potatoes<br>1 Garlic Clove<br>1 can Fire Roasted Tomatoes (14.5 oz)<br>2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce<br>1 tsp Balsamic Vinegar<br>1/2 tsp Salt and Pepper<br>1 tsp Dried Oregano<br>1/4 cup Flour<br>1 tsp Paprika<br>4 tbsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin<br><br>***** NOTE *****<br>For a thicker stew, make a slurry, 2 tbsp flour, 1 tbsp butter (softened).
